Data Retention

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data. Please do not submit sensitive financial, medical, government-identifier, or account-password information through a general website form.

Payment Security

We never collect or store payment card details on this website. This site has no card-entry fields. When you choose to make a payment or apply for financing, we send you to our processor’s own secure, hosted environment — payments are handled by Payzer and consumer financing applications by Optimus — where your card or application data is entered directly with that provider under their PCI DSS obligations and privacy terms. WeaveAire does not receive, transmit, or retain your full card number, security code, or bank credentials from this website.
