PMI’s are the commercial Clean & Checks. We offer extremely thorough checks and include what manufacturers suggest most in order to maintain their units. We have a list of “Points Of Inspection” that we cover and record on each piece of equipment that we service. This is part of our biannual Clean & Check program, where we perform Pre-season Maintenance Inspections. Spring and fall are the best times to get your equipment serviced before it’s needed in the harsh weather of Chicagoland. Things like belts and filters should be changed regularly and can be included in the PMI.
